Dreams of a Croft on Skye
I will defend you to the last
Your word, your wisdom, your values
Everything you are and stand for is sacred
It's sacred to me and to you, and that is enough
It would be a sorry person, that would try to blacken this
Though you may walk alone in sight
My power walks with you always
A power that shields you well
From the diease that is the outside world
I am one of the few that have the privilage of your existance
You will not be locked away, but left to go free
Know this and know it well, that you are in no danger
I am a power here that can not be beaten
You have with you something that is forever
And so will we be
I will make our dreams come true, they will happen
Soon mushrooms will grow, where once nothing grew
Our croft will come to fruition, and a wasteland will bloom
Our vegetables will be the best in the land
Beside it all love, passion, and friendship will prosper.
We will curtain our corner of the world
Our Kingdom will not be breached.
There will be something behind this curtain,
Something so unique it must be maintained.
I will preserve it, as I will preserve everything you are.
Nobody will be able to attack, because no one will know,
Nobody has the strength of mind to comprehend.
Why stray from this fertile land, where everything blooms?
You are safe my Darling, you are secure and loved.
All my strength is with you, And it is mighty
